Product Merchandiser (Vans Canada)

Building all Footwear, Apparel and Accessories Vans product assortments for Canada.  

•Product range management including setting and reaching targets on sku efficiency, managing Canada’s pricing architecture across DTC and Wholesale and achieving margins goals.
•Building best in class product assortments, tiered and developed for each channel of distribution.
•Briefing global product teams on Canadian needs across all Vans categories in Footwear, Apparel and Accessories.
•Sales analysis of all Vans categories.
•Developing and monitoring product and distribution strategies.
•Seasonal market research and trend identification (including consumer/buyer insights, comp analysis, pre lines and market visits).
•Speaker at Vans Women’s Lifestyle summit, presenter for GTM and Key Account Meetings.
•Identifying key opportunities and partners in the market place and leading SMU projects for all Canadian collaborations. (Examples below)
